Prestige flies

This collection consists of seven Art knives. Each Laguiole knife features its own hand-chiseled fly with matching handcarving spring.
The first four pieces are crafted with two matt stainless steel bolsters. From left to right, we find: the fly No. 6 in olivewood, the fly No. 7 in juniper, the fly No. 8 in amourette and the fly No. 9 in ebony.
The next two knives have a front stainless steel bolster. The “Bourdon” is made of solid horn with a shiny finish. The “Mosaic Fly” is in ebony with a matt finish.
The last model, called the “Hornet,” is a full-handle Laguiole knife in walnut burl.

PIGEON WING AND ANKLE BOOT

The ‘Pigeon Wing’ and ‘Ankle Boot’ are two historical knives characterized by the decoration of their handles. At the dawn of the ‘Art Nouveau’ movement, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, cutlers crafted handles in an artistic manner, giving them a unique and luxurious aesthetic. Today, Laguiole en Aubrac brings back this cutlery tradition with two magnificent models: the ‘Pigeon Wing’ and the ‘Ankle Boot’. Each knife is manufactured by our craftsmen, requiring several hours of shaping, meticulous work, and precision.

Ancestral

The Ancestral’s sleek design is reminiscent of the ‘Laguiole Droit’, with its ‘corbin beak tail’ handle. Its blade is however different, with a ‘stylus’ profile: the back of the blade is curved and the cutting edge follows a perfectly horizontal line. Slender and elegant, the Ancestral is a knife of refined proportions.
