Saphores cutlery has a long history, dating back to the middle of the last century in 1955! The shop is located in the center of Bordeaux, at 41 rue Judaïque, between the Saint-Seurin district and Place Gambetta. The cutlery retains all its authenticity with its solid wood showcases and its sharpening workshop in the back store. You will find a wide range of knives in our different universes: folding knives, Wine spirit, Tableware and Kitchen. Numerous renowned brands, known for the quality of their products, have been carefully selected: KAI, Zwilling, Opinel, Horl, Farfalli, Victorinox, and many more!
Saphores Cutlery is primarily known as the creator of the city knife: the Bordelais, crafted in the workshop of the boutique. Fully assembled with screws, without rivets, the Bordelais is a lightweight and smooth-operating knife available in two different ranges: the first, ‘Classic’, featuring a spring with forced notch and a 12C27 blade; the second, ‘Luxury’, with Titanium plates, liner, and MOX27CO blades.
